Market Light
While studying in art school, I created a photo series centered on produce from a local farmers market — an unexpected subject that quickly became a standout. I developed a natural-light technique that mimicked a lightbox effect, giving the images a glowing, almost painterly quality. The series was selected by the design director for ongoing display in the school’s curated studio space showcasing standout student work. This project marked the beginning of my love for photography and still informs how I approach light, color, and composition today.
